The successful CR Manager will be an online specialist to focus on improving conversion, retention and revenue on a unique online trading brand.
The job will require you to perform actions on inbound traffic to ensure maximum value is achieved by converting, retaining and reactivating leads and traders.
This is a strategic as well as a tactical role, encompassing various elements of online marketing, including, but not limited to Email Marketing, Promotions, Automation, Analysis and Segmentation.
· Utilize web analytics and KPIs to drive performance improvements
· Build new digital capabilities to improve the customer experience
· Manage the delivery of large scale digital change initiatives
· Design, develop and launch testing, targeting and optimization activities across all our business units
· Test marketing messages, product descriptions, calls-to-action, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, target URLs behind a link, etc.
