What You Bring Leadership skills with 4+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
5+ years of software development experience, strong proficiency in C/C++
Familiarity with GoLang is an advantage.
Experience with AWS services, SaaS, Kubernetes & Microservices architecture.
Experience working with RDBs such as MySQL, Oracle.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies.

תיאור תפקיד:
למרפאה וטרינרית באוירה משפחתית באזור הצפון דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מרפאה. בוא והצטרף לצוות משפחתי ,להוביל ולהשפיע ,להגיע אתנו הכי רחוק שאפשר. תפקיד כיפי, מתגמל, לטווח הארוך, שמשלב ניהול ואהבה לבע"ח בסביבה דינאמית ומשפחתית. :על התפקיד התפקיד כולל אחריות ניהולית על כל היבטי פעילות המרפאה ושותפות בשמירה על המוניטין של המרפאה, הנעת צמיחה עסקית והבטחת רווחת הלקוחות והצוות כאחד. • הובלת הפיתוח העסקי במרפאה, חיזוק קשרים עם ספקים , עובדים ולקוחות. • אחריות על שירות הלקוחות וניהול צוות העובדים במרפאה. • ניהול מעגל חיי העובד – כולל גיוסים, טיפול בסיומי העסקה, ביצוע תהליכי משוב והערכה, ניהול יומי של העבודה והעומסים אצל הצוות, לרבות ניהול נוכחות, סידורי עבודה, ניהול היעדרויות, טיפול ברווחת העובד בחגים ואירועים מיוחדים. • הטמעת תהליכים ונהלי עבודה כולל הנעת הצוות למידה ביעדים וקיום ישיבות צוות לניתוח ממקרים, בניית תהליכי למידה וחניכה עבור הצוות בקרה על הידע המקצועי, איתורי פערי ידע ואחריות על השלמתו . • מתן מענה ותמיכה מקצועית לצוות בזמן אמת כולל מענה בשעות חירום. )מרפאה פועלת 24/7) • יזום תהליכים לשיפור השירות לרבות קיצור זמני המתנה ושמירה על שביעות רצון לקוחות. • אחריות על סגירת מעגל טיפול בלקוחות כמו אישורי תרופות, בקשות רופאים, פניות של לקוחות וטיפול אדמינסטרטיבי. • אחריות על תפעול השוטף של המרפאה כולל ניקיון , תחזוקה , בטיחות ,ציוד, הפקדת, הכנה לשכר והנה"ח.
דרישות:
● משרה מלאה – 9 שעות עבודה בין הימים א'-ה - זמינות לעבודה בשעות לא שגרתיות דיווח שוטף לבעלים של מרפאה. ● זיקה לבע"ח -חשוב! ● בעלי השכלה של תואר ראשון במשאבי אנוש / ניהול /מנהל עסקים ● ניסיון ניהולי של 3 שנים ומעלה בניהול מערכות עסקיות וצוות רב מקצועי-חובה ● ניסיון קודם בשירות/מכירה/תפעול של שנתיים לפחות -חובה ● ניסיון קודם בניהול מרפאה – יתרון. ● כושר ארגון ניהולי ופיקוח ● ידיעת השפה העברית ברמה גבוה ● בעלי יחס אנוש מעולה ● המשרה פונה לנשים וגברים כאחד. ● תינתן עדיפות למועמדים עם ניסיון דומה
