תיאור תפקיד:
אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת מוצר עסקי בתחום הפיננסים שיהיה אחראי על חיבור בין מוצרים פיננסים שונים על מנת לייצר פתרונות של cross sale ו- upsale בין מוצרים אלו. תהליך המכר של מוצרים אלו יהיה בעיקרו בנכסים דיגטלים התפקיד כולל עבודה צמודה עם מנהלים עסקיים, גופי ה-DATA בארגון ומנהלי מוצרים דיגיטליים.
דרישות:
- הכרות מעמיקה עם עולם הפיננסים - חובה ניסיון עבודה בחברות פיננסיות
- הכרות עם מוצרים פיננסים בעולמות חברות הביטוח לרבות מוצרי חסכון גמל ופנסיה, מוצרי השקעות (ניהול תיקים, חבר בורסה, פוליסות השקעה) ועולם האשראי (צרכני ועסקי).
- הבנה טכנית גבוהה בעולמות הדאטה והממשקים
- הבנה בעולמות של שיתוף מידע בין מאגר מידע שונים וניהול הסכמות
- יכולת הובלת מוצר פיננסי מול מנהלי פרויקטים שונים
- הכרות טובה עם עולם הפרסונליזציה של מוצרים פיננסים

As a Pre-Sale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing technical expertise to develop the relationship with customers at pre-sale stages
. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in sales process, understand their unique requirements, and design systems architectures and solutions that align with their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our customer success and engineering teams to ensure the successful analysis of customer requirements and matching the right solutions with the suitable commercial framework.

Must Have Requirements: Professional-level proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in IT systems architecture design, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing customer needs.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong Sales and Pre-Sale process capability.
