דרישות:
At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience in a SaaS environment, B2B / B2C / B2B2C company.
A deep understanding of UX principles based on behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and visual perception.
End to End accountability and ownership of tasks.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design capabilities, experience in creating frictionless user experiences, concepts and customer journeys.
Experience in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma/Zeppelin.
An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
Enthusiastic about the small details and excited to keep pushing it until its pixel-perfect, but also able to balance the trade-offs and work in short iterations.

We’re looking for an excellent and experienced product manager to join our Product Management team and lead one of the most impactful domains in out platform - in this position, you will need to lead, invent, get things done by taking an idea and turn it into reality.
Responsibilities
Develop and shape innovative solutions to some of the intelligence world’s hardest problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas and functions.
Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key organization milestones.
Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow and handle full feature life-cycle development.
Lead internal research efforts and organize research findings into actionable insights that promote the product design process.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, Support, and Project management to guarantee smooth, efficient communication between stakeholders and successful implementation of new features – from ideation to launch.

Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber, mobile world - a must
