תיאור תפקיד:
Lead, mentor, and scale the R&D organization, overseeing both - Data Engineering and Platform teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Lead the deployment process from staging through production release,
ensuring quality at each stage and driving ongoing improvements to deployment workflows and methodologies.
Uphold code quality and adherence to company standards by reviewing pull requests, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring developers to continuously improve their technical capabilities and coding practices.
Serve as a technological authority, providing hands-on technical guidance
and architectural direction to ensure the team builds robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.
Cultivate a productive and healthy work environment, promoting teamwork, transparency, and a culture of accountability.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the technological vision, working in close partnership with the CTO to align engineering initiatives with strategic business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively identifying and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-driven development practices, to strengthen Company's technical foundation and maintain a competitive edge.
Understand customer needs and work in collaboration with the Product team to ensure that technical solutions, product enhancements, and innovations contribute to customer satisfaction and success.
דרישות:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 3 years of engineering teams direct management experience
Experience in second-level management, overseeing multiple teams or managers – an advantage
Expertise in full stack development – must have experience
Expertise in the data domain, with a background in data architecture or data engineering – an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience working with cybersecurity products or data – a strong advantage
Experience in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and the ability to drive innovation – a strong advantage
5+ years of prior hands-on engineering experience, primarily in Python, with expertise in designing and developing complex software and data-driven systems.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
Strong business and product orientation, with the ability to align technical initiatives with company objectives and customer needs
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with executives, product team, and cross-functional partners
Energetic and driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to develop and inculcate new AI technologies and development practices within the team
