דרוש/ה מנהל/ת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מנוסה לניהול פרויקטי מערכות מידע
דרישות:
ניהול והובלת פרויקטי מערכות מידע וטכנולוגיה בעולם תוכן רלוונטי בהתאם לצרכי הארגון תוך עמידה ביעדים, תקציב ולוחות זמנים. הבטחת ישום מוצלח של הפרויקטים בהתאם לדרישות העסקיות והטכנולוגיות. שיתוף פעולה ותיאום מול גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט. איתור צרכים טכנולוגיים, בחינת פרויקטים ופיתוח כלים וטכנולוגיות בהתאם לצרכי הארגון ליווי מקצועי טכנולוגי של יחידות רלוונטיות בארגון. ניהול אפיון ופיתוח, רכש, הדרכה, הטמעה של מערכות בהתאם לצרכי הארגון. ניהול תקציבי פרויקטים ותחזוקה. ניהול התקשרויות מול ספקים חיצוניים . ניהול התמיכה במשתמשים במערכות המידע בחטיבה. ייעוץ ואיתור פתרונות לצרכים טכנולוגיים מטעם החטיבה. 4 שנות ניסיון לפחות בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים יכולת הנעת כפיפים, כפיפים מטריציוניים ועמיתים לפעולה יכולת עמידה בריבוי משימות ועבודה תחת לחץ יחסי אנוש מצוינים, תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה עצמאית וצוותית רצון ויכולת למידה עצמית גבוהה.
