Tel Aviv based digital currency investment house is seeking to hire an Office manager. A full-time position (option for mom/dad friendly hours/work remotely from time to time). Responsibilities include: · Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments or scheduling calls. · Handling all office maintenance related matters. · Office budget management: creating and keeping up with invoices, reports, and other documents. · Acting as PA to the Executive team (e.g. preparing presentations). · Supporting employee welfare and recruitment as necessary.
Requirements: · Fluent Hebrew and English, must have good writing skills. · 3-5 years previous experience in office management or similar role. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT. · Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well under pressure. · Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. · Excellent interpersonal skills
