You will work with retailers across multiple industries (Grocery, Convenience, and Specialty) to implement interfaces from Point of Sale Terminals and Host applications to our Loyalty applications.
•3 years of experience of a technical role in a global technological company.
•Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
•The ability to work well within a team based over multiple sites.
•Strong communication skills both written and oral, and proven teamwork skills
•Strong technical troubleshooting skills
•The ability to work efficiently in a challenging and demanding environment.
•High motivated with a high ability for self-learning.
•Knowledge in MS technologies – Windows server operating systems, SQL server up to 2016 MS Office.
•Willingness to travel abroad as needed by the project..
•Very good English skills (Speaking and Writing).
•Familiar with the software development lifecycle.
•Familiar with Networking and an ability to diagnose network issues.
•Networking (tcp/ip, http, https, firewalls), troubleshooting and diagnostics
•Experience in SaaS or Hosted application environments including system monitoring.
•Web technologies (HTML, XML, IIS, Apache, Java script, .Net
