Product Manager

A startup company specializing in the field of fintech looking for Product Manager

● Translating business and customer needs into product specifications
● Work as part of a SCRUM team that includes developers and QA
● Manage the SCRUM team roadmap as part of the complete product vision
● Track and report progress on a regular basis
● Ownership of product requirements, drive the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas and production of detailed specs (PRDs)
● Working closely with the R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery

● Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology Management or similar - Must
● 3+ years of experience as a product manager. Preferably with experience in Fintech or Banking - Must
● Have technical understanding such as defining APIs and data structures - Must
● Have great English (Read, Write, Speak) – all product documentation and communication with the R&D teams is done in English - Must
● Have proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex projects in large organizations
● Strong analytical decision making skills, business thinking, Independent and organized
● Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
● Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
