The AE responsibilities are diverse and includes some AE, customer success and marketing efforts activities.
The AE is measured solely on meeting sales targets via secured deals.
Option to grow to a managerial position.
• Researching and identifying prospects key contacts; outbound calling and emailing prospects to generate initial interest and setting meetings
• Receive and manage inbound prospects
• Introducing the company services to new prospects and paying customers
• Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a prospect, qualifying, uncover needs, potential creation, negotiation and securing a deals
• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with other teams to discuss clients' project goals, progress and outcomes
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
• Gather customer feedbacks and communicate internally to the relevant teams
2+ years experience as a consultant in the field of information security - Mandatory
Excellent English and Hebrew (both oral and written)- Mandatory
Experience in sales is an advantage
Personal abilities to multi-task
Work well under pressure, organized, People Oriented
