· Manage and support the IT compliance, audit, risk assessment and controls testing processes, and act as the subject matter expert.
· Lead the development, implementation, and testing of IT software, including the creation of a working system to verify that control of user access is in place, with annual internal testing.
· Work with the CISO to plan and prepare IT vendor and strategic client/partner diligence programs.
· Coordinate internal and external IT audits, including Financial Statement and SOX audits.
· Create and authentic valid user access according to their responsibilities.
· Oversee creation of IT documentation as well as preparing SOX 404 reporting in compliance with SOX and audit regulations.
· Implement annual SOX test exercise to reveal any changes in the IT environment and provide updates on identified issues.
