Accompany the customer throughout the sales cycle, consulting him on the digital and physical workflow and on the optimal way to integrate the press with his site workflow.
1. Engage with the customer at the early stage of sales cycle to customize and optimize the solution per his needs: HW configuration, Services , partners and WF.
2. Take a leading role in the customer digital onboarding process – identify gaps in the following fields and suggest on ways to close them: digital workflow, press utilization, DFE operation, color management, media handling, etc.
3. Support the digital WF solutions: prepress, color, pre-flight, design, MIS
4. Support the Physical Workflow: media handling specific needs, optimizations and customizations, before and after the printing.
5. Remove roadblocks to successful installation of the digital press, by providing advice and solutions that will fit for both the company and the customer.
