המשרה כוללת:
Develop and implement merchandise financial frameworks, strategies, and targets that align with divisional goals
Lead pre-season planning with a focus on financial analysis and long-range product planning
Foster cross-functional alignment on sales, margin, and inventory strategies to meet financial objectives
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial planning for margin and inventory
Coordinate with the leadership team to set agendas for In-Season and Executive OTB meetings, enhancing decision-making processes.
Advance demand planning capabilities with an increased focus on supply management
Conduct ad hoc analysis, including financial modeling and benchmarking against past performance
Responsible for recruitment, development, and leadership of the planning and merchandising team,
דרישות:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management,
At least 4 years of management experience and 10+ years in a relevant field
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with a commitment to innovation and excellence
Fluent in english
