תיאור תפקיד:
global technological company in the "Sharon area" is seeking excellent Technical Support. For a position with broad implications at the organizational level. Responsibilities:- Take end-to-end ownership of customers' technical issues.
- · Provide tier 1 and 2 tech support for customers worldwide via ticket systems, phone, and email.
- · Identification of root cause and issue resolution and communication
- · Follow our SLA procedures and prioritize correctly all incoming inquiries.
- · Work closely with the R&D team and other departments within the company.
- · Involvement in code (JavaScript & CSS) to offer quick solutions.
דרישות:
- up to one year experience in technical support or customer care
- fluent English - Excellent communication skills through phone, writing in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly & Details oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems / Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a similar field
