תיאור תפקיד:
📍 Haifa (Hybrid) We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Project Manager to lead and own customer implementation projects from "closed-won" handoff through to full production success. In this role, you will orchestrate complex hardware and software deployments across multiple global customers while maintaining hands-on technical oversight of field execution. You will act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, blending project management discipline with deep technical field delivery knowledge. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership (60%): Lead end-to-end customer projects (kickoff, milestones, go-live, and transition to steady-state). Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and action items. Maintain a portfolio view of 4-6 active projects simultaneously. Field Delivery Oversight (25%): Maintain a deep technical understanding of deployment realities: Linux edge computers, industrial cameras, and rack installations. Oversee 3rd-party contractors, validate network configurations (IP, RJ45, switches), and ensure high-quality system validation. Continuous Improvement (15%): Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinate resolutions for escalated site issues, and optimize deployment standards and documentation.

What We’re Looking For Required Experience (3+ years): Technical Delivery: Proven experience managing hardware/software implementations (IoT, Logistics tech, or Computer Vision preferred). Hands-on Field Knowledge: Comfort with Linux systems, networking (IP config, connectivity), and physical hardware installations. Customer-Facing Experience: Background in leading implementation projects for external customers (not just internal PM). Ownership & Execution: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure. Environment Comfort: Comfort working within industrial realities (warehouses, distribution centers, safety protocols). Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) for global deployments. Advantages: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with deployment logistics, site readiness, or hardware procurement. Startup experience (thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments). Additional languages (Spanish is a significant plus). Why Join Us?
