תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for an experience IT manager to join our company!
· Build an effective and strong partnership with regional business colleagues (Italy,
Greece and Israel, Sales and Data & Analytics areas), to ensure projects and procedures
take into account relevant business and IT&D priorities.
· Build an effective and strong partnership with Global, Area and local IT&D teams, to ensure
projects and procedures considering relevant priorities and to optimise project delivery.
· Effectively manage external relationships to the benefit of RB. This will include vendor
negotiation, selection, and on-going Vendor Management.
· Ensure the IT&D team maximise the business value from our Front Office systems
landscape and actively measure adoption and KPI to confirm business value realisation.
· Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall Global IT&D Strategy
· Ensure that we have the appropriate support models in place to meet the business
expectations of our systems.
· Lead the readiness activities for any deployment of new systems.
· Managing the demands for new solutions short to medium whilst maintaining a longer-term
IT&D Strategy.

Experience of at least 5 years with technical support.
· Academic Degree on information systems - Mandatory
· JDE knowledge or any knowledge of ERP based on AS400 (like MFG).
· Excel in expert level.
· Experience in FMCG company (better if global)
· Experience in implementation.
· Creative thinking, problem solving ability and independent work style ability.
· A big head with creative thinking in finding a solution to problems.
· Knowledge in communication infrastructures (CISCO)
· Ability to lead projects P2P
· High level English (Verbal and written) - Mandatory

דרישות:
-כ- 5 שנות ניסיון מקצועי ביישום אבטחת מידע בדגש על הטמעה ותפעול כלי הגנת סייבר בארגון- חובה. -ניסיון בהטמעת מוצרי אבטחת מידע חדשים בסביבת On Prem וענן – חובה. -ניסיון בהבנת ארכיטקטורת רשת מורכבת ומבוזרת ברמת L2/3 – חובה. -ניסיון עם כלים וטכנולוגיות, דוגמת, Anti-Virus, NAC, VPN הלבנה, DLP, EDR, FW, IPS, גלישה מאובטחת- Proxy ,Sandbox, חובה. - 5 שנות ניסיון בעבודה מול מערכי F5 במודולים ASM, APM, LTM – חובה. -כתיבת IRULE – חובה. -הסמכה רלוונטית בתחום אבטחת המידע CISO, CISSP, CISA – חובה. -ניסיון בהקמה ותחזוקה של מערך SIEM – -היכרות וניסיון ברשתות ופרוטוקולי תקשורת LAN/WAN, SSL, IPSEC – חובה. -רקע והכרות עם מערכות הפעלה Windows + Linux – חובה. -בחינה מעמיקה של מערכות וטכנולוגיות הגנת סייבר למול צרכי הארגון. -עבודה שוטפת למול גופי ה- IT בחברה, אינטגרטורים וספקים חיצוניים. -זיהוי וטיפול אפקטיבי בתקלות תפעוליות, תקשורתיות ואחרות בכלי הגנת הסייבר -טיוב ושיפור אפקטיביות תמידי בתשתיות הגנת הסייבר. -תעודת MCSE או MCITP – יתרון. -יכולת הבעה טובה בעברית ובאנגלית .
