דרישות:
לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות ויישומים בסביבת GIS. ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם פלטפורמות ESRI: ArcServer, ArcPro, ArcGIS Portal, Experience Builder. השכלה/רקע בפיתוח FullStack. שליטה ב־Angular, React, .NET, Node.js, ArcGIS API for JavaScript. עבודה עם Enterprise Geodatabase ו־SQL (PostgreSQL / SQL Server). יתרון: ניסיון עם טכנולוגיות קוד פתוח כגון QGIS, GeoServer. ניסיון בכתיבה ב־Python. מיומנויות אישיות: יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות. ראייה מערכתית ויכולת פתרון בעיות. אחריות, דייקנות ויכולת ניהול משימות מקצה לקצה.

We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering to lead our growing software organization across multiple in-house and partner teams, shaping the architecture, practices, and innovation that power our edge-AI systems.
You’ll shape the engineering culture, architecture, and next-generation platforms that power our products
Backing of a NYSE-listed shipping company + startup speed.
Our office is located near the train station in Haifa
Lead all software development activities across several teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment, velocity, innovation and technical excellence.
Define and own the software architecture, from embedded edge systems on NVIDIA Jetson and DeepStream to backend and analytics services.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers in C++, Python, and cloud-native development.
Establish and enforce development standards — including code reviews, version control strategy, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with QA and Product teams to ensure quality, testing automation, and seamless delivery into production environments.
Drive innovation and scalability in computer-vision pipelines, machine-learning inference, and integration with real-world hardware.
Act as a hands-on leader, able to dive into design and problem-solving while managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.

Proven experience (7+ years) in software development with 3+ years in a leadership or architecture role.
Strong knowledge of C++ and Python; understanding of distributed and multi-component systems.
Background in real-time or machine-vision applications (DeepStream, OpenCV, TensorRT, or similar) is a major advantage.
Experience leading multi-team environments - including offshore or partner R&D units.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), automated testing, and agile methodologies.
Ability to communicate clearly across R&D, QA, and Product functions, setting priorities and aligning execution.
A strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to getting things done.

תיאור תפקיד:
We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planner to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing demand forecasts to support supply chain operations across the organization, using tools such as JDE and SNP.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage enterprise-wide consensus forecasts for assigned brands and business units at SKU level
Lead monthly demand planning meetings with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between forecast, supply, and business strategy

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Similar-Mandatory.
At least 4 years of working experience in similar position, preferable in FMCG sector.
Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change.
Advanced Excel skills, knowledge in SAP-APO is a plus.
Fluent in English language.
