A social games company that develops unique and innovative social casino games for social networks and mobile devices is looking for a Retention Executive that will be mainly responsible for customer service and VIP and manage the day to day operation of our retention channels on all products and platforms.
We are located in the “Bursa” Ramat -Gan near the train station.
Full time position.
Owner of our VIP segment retention activities (Drive higher lifetime value, increase loyalty and decrease churn through better, more effective CRM including analyzing performance)
Owner of customer support channel
Operation of all communication channels (E-Mail marketing, Notifications, Facebook fan page etc.)
Ability to conduct Market research
Understanding consumer behavior in Online games
Analytical abilities including excel knowledge - Must
English mother tongue level - must
experience in a retention/operation positions within the gaming industry
Understanding in user interface and user experience
Experience in writing promotional content
Ability to use customer data to segment and personalize content and offers
knowledge in html5 - advantage
Bachelor’s Degree – advantage
