תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced commercial director to lead our sales activities at the Israeli branch. The role includes full P&L responsibility and focuses on managing business development to penetrate new channels for the company’s diverse range of products, solutions, and services, aligning with the group’s strategy.
The successful candidate will work on increasing sales performance and profit targets while monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. In addition, you will be tasked with identifying new opportunities and developing markets within the security industry, specifically focusing on the intrusion segments, access control, smart home, and cloud services
דרישות:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security industry, focusing on intrusion segments, access control, smart home, and cloud services.
- Proven track record in managerial roles within sales and business development.
- Demonstrated experience in selling technical products and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
