- Extensive experience in the electronics industry, including machining, molding, plastics, PCB assembly, RF cables, and general manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience managing production and assembly lines - high-mix, low-to-medium volumeץ
- Knowledge of quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
- Strong background in cost analysis, budget planning, and financial performance tracking.
International Operations and Cross-Cultural Experience
- Proven experience working in India and/or China, with a deep understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.
- Effective communication and leadership in multicultural environments, including coordination with global teams.
- Ability to navigate domestic and international laws, compliance standards & regulatory requirements.
- Supplier and Contract Management - Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing contracts with both local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures, export/import regulations,tax frameworks relevant to India and international markets.
- collaborative and transparent communicator, maintaining close coordination with company’s HQ - The role is subject to direct reporting and operational alignment with the executive team in Israel.

Experiace Supplier and Contract Management - Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing contracts with both local and international suppliers and subcontractors. Experience in financial management - full P&L responsibility, accounting procedures & budget - Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence. Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory. Strong grasp of accounting practices and cost control strategies - Advntage - Willingness and ability to relocate full-time India
