תיאור תפקיד:
Hardware Systems Engineering Manager
for an advanced technological environment focused on computing hardware and shelter-based Command & Control (C2) systems.
This position serves as the Deputy to the Hardware Department Manager and involves supporting and leading projects in the field of electro-mechanical systems engineering, including technical specification development, system architecture definition, end-to-end project management, team leadership, customer engagement, supplier management, and hands-on technical involvement.

• Relevant experience in Hardware Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineering.
• System-level understanding of Command & Control (C2) systems, preferably shelter-based/mobile command units, networking infrastructures, and computing platforms.
• Experience in system architecture design and technical specification development.
• Familiarity with engineering standards (experience in a defense environment is an advantage).
• Understanding of electrical systems.
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Advantages
• Previous experience in the defense industry or other relevant organizations.
• Experience working with C2 shelters, mobile command units, containerized systems, or other integrated operational platforms.

תיאור תפקיד:
התפקיד כולל הובלה טכנית של מערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות מורכבות, החל משלב ה־Presale, דרך הגדרת דרישות וארכיטקטורה, ועד שלבי האינטגרציה, הבדיקות והתמיכה בלקוח. • הובלת תהליכי אפיון, תכנון ואינטגרציה של מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות • כתיבת מסמכי דרישות מערכת, ממשקים ותוכניות בדיקה • השתתפות בסקרים הנדסיים מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל • ליווי שילובי מערכת, ניסויים מערכתיים, חקרי תקלה ותמיכה הנדסית • עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים לאורך חיי הפרויקט
דרישות:
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה / מכונות – חובה • לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון כמהנדס/ת מערכת במערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות – חובה • ניסיון בהובלה טכנית של פרויקטים מורכבים – חובה • ניסיון באינטגרציה מערכתית ובבדיקות אימות תכן – חובה • ניסיון במערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות / הדמאה תרמית / בקרה / רובוטיקה / ראיית מכונה – יתרון משמעותי • ניסיון Hands-on בעבודה עם מוצרי אלקטרו-אופטיקה / תוכנה – יתרון • תואר שני באלקטרו-אופטיקה / הנדסת מערכת – יתרון
