תיאור תפקיד:
מנהל/ת מחלקת תשתיות ומערכות תקשורת, בעל/ת ניסיון ניהולי וידע טכנולוגי מעמיק. גיבוש, התוויית וביצוע מדיניות הרשות המקומית בתחום תשתיות ומערכות תקשורת. ניהול צוות העובדים במחלקה. • שליטה בתוכן עולם התשתיות ומערכות התקשורת וייעוץ לראש האגף בתחום. • אחריות על ניהול, ניטור, בקרה, אחזקה, שדרוג, הרחבה ופיתוח תשתיות ומערכות התקשורת השונות בארגון. ניהול צוות מומחי תקשורת וטלפוניה. • ניהול חדרי שרתים גדולים ומערכות ושו"ב, תפעול שוטף, שדרוג, ואחזקת חדרי תקשורת. הכנת דו״חות שוטפים וייעודיים בתחומי אחריות המחלקה.
דרישות:
אקדמאי בעל תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב או בהנדסת מחשבים. או תואר ראשון כלשהו אחר, ובנוסף קורסים גבוהים בתחום מערכות מידע ממוחשבות בהיקף של 400 שעות לפחות. או הנדסאי בוגר מגמת מחשבים/טכנולוגיה או בוגר יחידה טכנולוגית בצה"ל (ממר"ם, 8200 , תקשוב ויחידות מקבילות) ו/או ברא"ם ובלבד שעסק בתחום הטכנולוגי בכפוף לאישור מתאים. 1.16.2 בעל ניסיון של 4 שנים לפחות בתחום וניסיון בניהול צוות טכנולוגי

תיאור תפקיד:
Multidisciplinary QA Engineer BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field - MUST
3-7 years of experience as Multidisciplinary systems QA Engineer - MUST
Strong knowledge of RF and data communications - MUST
Proven experience in writing and executing System Test Plans (STP) according to System Requirements (SysRs)
Experience in writing and executing automation tests, with proficiency in Python being a significant advantage
Proficiency in Linux and networking
Experience with SQL
******* Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience building and leading QA teams, with a focus on system-level and solution-level testing.
Hands-on System Testing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in testing complex, distributed systems or cloud-based products, with strong skills in system-level testing, stress/load testing, and customer scenario simulation.
Analytical, Troubleshooting, and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand system behavior, identify issues, and resolve complex problems effectively.
Ability to interpret logs, system metrics, and network traffic for accurate diagnostics
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or another scripting language, with a solid understanding of automation frameworks and practices.

Advantages (Preferred Qualifications) • experience Testing High Speed Network Storage Systems with NVMe SSDs and NVMe-oF Protocol.
• experience using Gen AI technologies for system validation.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
