What You’ll Do · Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers, setting clear goals and monitoring their execution. · Build and grow affiliate partnerships with a strong focus on ROI and long-term value. · Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic traffic sources. · Analyze performance data and oversee optimizations across multiple campaigns. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, tech) to ensure campaign success.

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing — must have. · Proven team leadership or mentoring experience — strong advantage. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you're a natural relationship-builder. · Assertive personality with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate others. · Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work. · Strong analytical mindset — confident in interpreting data and making strategic decisions. · Goal-driven, competitive, and thrives under pressure to deliver results. · Mobile app marketing experience — a plus. · Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, etc.).

In this position you will be responsible for: Growing companys App Advertisers portfolio by promoting User Acquisition services Own the entire sales funnel: build, track and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets Seek out, Identify and approach new clients proactively, qualify and close deals Perform regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails and social media Manage prospects and activity reporting in companys CRM Working closely with ad operations, tech and legal to expedite the sales flow Act as an expert in the mobile marketing sphere, communicating with prospects in a professional consultative sales approach and build rapport
