As a Pre-Sale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing technical expertise to develop the relationship with customers at pre-sale stages
. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in sales process, understand their unique requirements, and design systems architectures and solutions that align with their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our customer success and engineering teams to ensure the successful analysis of customer requirements and matching the right solutions with the suitable commercial framework.

Must Have Requirements: Professional-level proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in IT systems architecture design, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing customer needs.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong Sales and Pre-Sale process capability.

תיאור תפקיד:
An experienced and enthusiastic Support Director
Lead amazing team in Israel and India towards continuous improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
-Proven experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, preferably across multiple locations such as Israel and India
-Ability to drive team performance, ensuring high standards of technical support and customer service delivery
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
-Capable of handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of critical customer issues
-Hands-on management style with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
דרישות:
At least 5 years of experience managing global technical support teams
Extensive hands-on experience and deep technical understanding in Networking/Storage/Security areas
Technical BA/BSc degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a computer technology field
Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
High organizational and analytical capabilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem resolution efficiently
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
