Join a multidisciplinary engineering environment developing advanced electro-optical seekers for cutting-edge defense systems. In this role, you will take part in core system engineering activities, supporting the development of innovative navigation and guidance solutions while gaining hands-on experience alongside leading engineers and technology experts
In this role you will:
Support system engineering activities for the development of advanced electro-optical seekers
Assist in defining, analyzing and documenting system requirements and specifications for navigation and guidance systems
Take part in the development, implementation and testing of algorithms in the fields of computer vision and image processing
Develop code for performance research, data analysis and support integration activities, laboratory testing and field experiments
Work closely with System Engineers, Algorithm Engineers, Software and Hardware teams as part of a professional growth path toward future integration into the engineering organization
דרישות:
B.Sc. student in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering, from second
year and above
System-oriented thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills
Experience working with MATLAB
Basic knowledge in algorithms, image processing or computer vision - Advantage
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, self-learning capability and high motivation

תיאור תפקיד:
We are looking for a highly analytical Algorithm Engineer to design and optimize advanced resource-allocation solutions for complex, large-scale systems. The role combines mathematical optimization, algorithm development and system-level performance analysis , with a strong emphasis on solving real-world optimization problems under multiple constraints. Key Responsibilities Design, analyze and optimize algorithms for large-scale resource-allocation and scheduling problems.
Develop mathematical formulations for complex optimization problems and translate system requirements into algorithmic solutions.
Analyze competing objectives and define effective trade-offs between efficiency, performance, coverage and resource utilization.
Develop algorithm prototypes and evaluate alternative approaches through simulation.
Validate algorithm performance against realistic system scenarios and operational metrics.
Optimize algorithms for scalability and computational efficiency.
Work closely with algorithm, system and hardware engineering teams to translate mathematical solutions into practical implementations.

Join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced technological capabilities in the fields of Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence for next-generation defense systems.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of real-time video processing and sensing solutions while working alongside experienced engineers and researchers innovative R&D environment
Research, develop and implement advanced algorithms in the fields of Computer Vision, Image Processing, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Develop real-time video processing and object analysis capabilities integrated with diverse sensing systems
Perform experiments, analyze data and evaluate system performance to improve product quality and operational capabilities
Take part in the development of Multi-Agent systems, including planning and implementation activities
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced and innovative projects

M.Sc. or Ph.D. student in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field
At least one year of experience in developing algorithms in the fields of Computer Vision or Image Processing
Experience building Multi-Agent systems using LangChain or LangGraph infrastructures - Advantage
