6+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience with Linux systems
Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Strong Python scripting skills for automation and tooling
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Background in large-scale operations, preferably from established data-driven companies or successful startups
Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Operating Systems: Advanced Linux administration
Container Orchestration: Kubernetes
Cloud Platforms: GCP (primary), knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus
Programming: Python
Version Control: Git
CI/CD: Experience with modern CI/CD tools
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or equivalent
Monitoring & Logging: Experience with modern observability tools

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize AWS accounts hosting software platforms for US based Healthcare organizations. This is a hands-on role, requiring deep knowledge of AWS services, DevOps practices, and cloud security.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage AWS environments using IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda, Monitoring, Transfer Family, KMS, and more.
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other tools like GitLab CI.
· Automate infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation.
· Administer Linux-based environments and deploy applications using Python Gunicorn and NPM.
· Configure and optimize Nginx for load balancing and reverse proxy.
· Ensure HIPAA compliance and implement security best practices.
