תיאור תפקיד:
ניהול אבן דרך אחרונה של כל פרויקט לסגירת הדוחות והתעודות הסופיים, המאשרים את תקינות מוצר הלקוח מבחינת בטיחות וקרינה אלקטרו מגנטית. הדוח הסופי מאפשר ללקוח לייצא ולשווק את המוצר בחו"ל, לאחר שעמד בתקינה הנדרשת במדינת היעד. התפקיד כולל איסוף החומר ממהנדסים ומלקוחות, לצורך כתיבת הדוחות טכניים סופיים לסיכום ממצאי בדיקות טכניות חשמליות/ EMC בשפה האנגלית (בין 5-80 עמודים לדוח סופי).
דרישות:
ניסיון בתחום הכתיבה הטכנית – לפחות 3 שנים. רקע טכני / הנדסי – יתרון משמעותי. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – בעיקר כתיבה וקריאה.

A fast growing high tech company is looking for a senior Technical Writer to join a newly evolving Engineering organization and take full ownership of critical engineering, quality, and test documentation. Engineering & Quality Author, review, and maintain engineering and quality documentation Support NPI, ECO/ECR, and engineering change processes through accurate, controlled documentation Ensure alignment with global engineering and quality standards Test & Inspection Instructions Write and maintain test instructions for automated test systems Document test procedures for complex systems Work closely with test, hardware, software, and integration teams Operating Instructions & Advanced Equipment Develop operating manuals and work instructions for advanced test and measurement equipment Ensure documentation reflects real workflows on the production and test floor Production Floor & Subcontractor
Work hands-on with production operators, technicians, and engineers
Conduct on-site visits to subcontractors and manufacturing partners
Identify documentation gaps directly from the field and translate them into clear, usable content
Support global, multi-site production environments
דרישות:
10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in: High-tech companies
Manufacturing environments
Subcontractor-based production
Proven experience writing: Quality documentation
Test instructions
Operating procedures for complex systems and equipment
Strong experience with PLM and engineering systems
Excellent English – very high level of writing, reading, and speaking
Ability to understand complex systems and translate them into clear, actionable documentation
Independent, detail-oriented, with strong system-level thinking
Strong Advantages Experience with automated test equipment (ATE)
RF domain experience
Background in NPI and serial production
Experience supporting global manufacturing sites
