• לחברה פיננסית מובילה המציעה שירותי ניהול ופיקוח על נכסים פיננסים ופנסיונים ללקוחותיה דרוש/ה איש/אשת מכירות ופיתוח עסקי. • מטרת התפקיד הנה להגדיל ולפתח את המעגלים העסקיים של החברה בארגונים שונים במשק. • מדובר בתפקיד מגוון שכולל אחריות רבה: איתור וביצוע שיחות טלפוניות ללידים רלוונטיים כגון מנכלים, מנהלי מש״א, ראשי ועדים וכו׳. • קיום פגישות בשטח ועוד על מנת לפתוח דלתות וליצור שיתופי פעולה ולקוחות לסוכנים. • ארגון אופרטיבי ולוגיסטי של כנסים ומפגשים מקצועיים. • איסוף ושיקוף דאטה להנהלה הבכירה.
דרישות:
• ניסיון קודם משמעותי בתפקיד מכירות ופיתוח עסקי - חובה. • יכולת לתיאום פגישות וניהול לו״ז עבודה באופן עצמאי - חובה. • ניסיון בתיאום כנסים מרובי משתתפים וארגון לוגיסטי - יתרון. • יחסי אנוש ותקשורת מעולים, יכולת הנעה עצמית, ראש גדול ויצירתיות. • היכרות עם תחום הפיננסים וההשקעות - יתרון גדול. • ניסיון במכירות שטח - יתרון.

• חברת תיירות מחפשת איש/ת אופרציה מנוסה, דייקן/ית לניהול ותפעול פרויקטים וקבוצות סגורות לחו"ל. • התפקיד כולל אחריות מוחלטת על כל המערך האופרטיבי מול ספקים, תיאום קפדני מול מנהלי תיקי הלקוחות עד ליציאת הקבוצה וחזרתה בשלום. • תחומי אחריות ופירוט התפקיד: תפעול מקצה לקצה של קבוצות סגורות, מרגע אישור הצעת המחיר. • למידת פרטי הטיול והוצאתו לפועל תיאום לוגיסטי מלא של כל מרכיבי הטיול: טיסות, בתי מלון, מסעדות, אוטובוסים, כניסות לאתרים, מדריכים וכו'. • עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים: מנהלי תיקי לקוחות (Account Managers): עבודה הדוקה ומענה שוטף, מהיר ומקצועי. • מחלקת תעופה הנהלת חשבונות
דרישות:
• יסיון קודם מוכח בתפקיד אופרציה בחברת תיירות יוצאת – חובה. • ניסיון בתפעול קבוצות (מאורגנות או סגורות/תמריץ) – יתרון. • שליטה והיכרות עם מערכת אודיסאה– יתרון. • שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office (בדגש על Excel). • אנגלית ברמה טובה (כתיבה ודיבור) – ניהול מו"מ והתכתבות שוטפת מול ספקים בחו"ל. • יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ: יכולת לתפקד בסביבה דינמית, לפתור משברים בזמן אמת ולנהל מספר פרויקטים במקביל. • ירידה לפרטים ודייקנות יחסי אנוש מעולים ואסרטיביות ראש גדול זמינות מיידית – יתרון משמעותי.
