NCR Corporation is looking for Customer Engineer - Professional Services Technical Consultant.
* Unleash your manual skills on Microsoft environment: Servers, IIS, SQL Data base, jobs and procedures as well as learning the retails world.
* Build great working relationships among colleagues and customers based on our customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). When issues come up, your job is to respond them by either handling them, or by pulling in the proper associate, team member, or territory manager who can.
* Most of your work will be by connecting to the customer by remote.
* From time to time you may do on filled support and after getting the proper knowledge you might do support during evening and weekend.
* Capture customer information so that we can complete any invoicing, as well as stay in contact to ensure we’re providing the best possible service.
* Your job might include installing software and QA.
