- Be a part of the R&D management team
Lead, train and motivate a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers
Build our Infrastructure and DevOps roadmap
Recruit, build, and lead a team of DevOps engineers experts running our cloud infrastructure.
Implement tools and procedures in support of Deployment and CI/CD infrastructure
Work with software engineers, QA automation engineers and operations to architect solutions that increase efficiency, scale and reliability across WSC Sports architecture
Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap and take ownership and responsibility for new projects to make them happen
Maintain multiple and consistent environments
Enforce security principles and practices as needed
דרישות:
- 3+ years in a lead/management position
5+ years of experience with DevOps and cloud technologies.
Strong expertise with Azure is required (2+ years), experience with AWS and other cloud technologies is a plus
Experience with containerized environments and micro services (K8s / ECS)
Experience with logging and monitoring technologies and services
Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
A state of mind and approach to automate away from manual efforts
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting skills
