We are looking for a high-performing IT Support Specialist to provide tier-1 support to our office based and remote employee population. SundaySky’s IT Support Specialist will provide first level troubleshooting support for a variety of computing support issues while ensuring the highest-level customer service.
What You’ll do:
- Serve as the first contact with end users who need technical assistance via IT ticketing System.
- Monitor and respond to help desk inquiries, providing technical support to staff and demonstrating a customer service focused approach.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues .
- Work directly with third party vendors to coordinate resolution of problems.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Resolve issues with networking (switching, VPN connectivity, wireless, IP phones).
- Provide technical assistance with audio/video and teleconferencing equipment and software platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
- Some on call after-hours work is required
- At least 2 years of experience with help desk support and networking
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Ability to quickly master new and complex information technology systems.
- Team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration and fresh idea integration
- Ability to diagnose IT/network/system issues and determine course of action
- Flexibility, availability to support after-hours
- Fundamental Windows 10 troubleshooting in an enterprise environment a must.
- Mac OS X troubleshooting – A plus.
- Good operational understanding of common enterprise software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (Hebrew and English).
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
