מחקר וניתוח נתונים וכתיבת מצגות מבוססות מחקר עצמאי להנהלה ניהול תהליכים רוחביים E2E, מול ממשקים רבים בארגון ומחוצה לו הובלת תהליכי ניתוח מערכות מקצה לקצה (פונקציונאלי וטכני) בפרויקטים חוצי ארגון בליבת התיק הקליני וסביבתו. קבלה וניתוח של דרישות עסקיות, תרגומן לתהליכים לוגיים עסקיים, מציאת פתרונות, עלייה לאוויר ותחזוקה שוטפת עבודה צמודה, הובלה ותיאום בין גורמים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים וייזום פתרונות מערכתיים לצרכים חדשים עבודה והובלת משימות עצמאית מול גורמים עסקיים, ארכיטקטים, אינטגרציה וצוותי פיתוח מעורבות פעילה בניהול לו"ז ותעדוף של משימות בפרויקטים מורכבים
דרישות:
תואר בהנדסת תוכנה/ מדעי המחשב/ הנדסת מערכות מידע/ הנדסת תעשייה וניהול בהתמחות מערכות מידע- חובה ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול פרויקטים וניתוח מערכות מורכבות – חובה ניסיון מוכח בכתיבת מסמכי אפיון טכניים ופונקציונליים – חובה ניסיון מוכח באפיון ממשקים (כולל ,APIs מערכות– (ESB חובה ניסיון Cכתיבת שאילתות מורכבות לצורך מחקר נתונים (SQL / NOSQL) - חובה ניסיון בניהול ואפיון של פרויקט אחד לפחות בהיקף רחב – חובה ניסיון בעבודה בארגונים גדולים עם מערכות תפעוליות מרובות ממשקים – יתרון משמעותי ניסיון בעבודה עם Kafka או ESB – יתרון ניסיון בפיתוח – יתרון משמעותי אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה ודיבור) הובלת מספר משימות E2E בו זמנית אוריינטציה טכנולוגית ונוכחות מודגשת בעולם ה- AI ראייה מערכתית ותהליכית מצוינת, בשילוב עם ירידה לפרטים יכולת למידה גבוהה, עצמאות ויוזמה כישורי תיאום, ארגון והנעת ממשקים מקצועיים מגוונים תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים

תיאור תפקיד:
Own and drive product execution across the product areas within scope, ensuring delivery aligns with company strategy and priorities. Lead, manage, and develop a distributed team of Product Managers across Israel and NYC. Foster a product culture grounded in accountability, ownership and continuous learning. Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, prioritization, and delivery. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure product decisions are informed by customer needs and real-world usage. Support PMs in translating product strategy into clear, actionable plans. Establish and maintain product management best practices, standards, and operating rhythms across the PM team. Drive consistency in discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery practices. Drive continuous improvement in how product teams operate and collaborate. Own hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching for PMs within scope. Serve as the accountable product leader for your product areas, including for complex delivery or stakeholder challenges.

·10+ years of experience in Product Management managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part., Proven track record owning a product roadmap end-to-end and being held accountable for the business outcomes it produced (e.g.,funnel conversion, adoption, engagement, retention metrics) Proven experience leading a PM team, with strong people-management focus. Experience managing distributed teams across time zones/geographies, with the operating discipline (async communication, overlap-hour planning, documentation habits) that requires. Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Outstanding analytical skills. Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices
