Responsibilities for ensuring the day-to-day requirements of MKS product service (repair and calibration) are met. This is to be achieved whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of product quality and on-time delivery. Principal areas of accountability within this role will include:
You Will Make an Impact By:
Troubleshooting, inspection, repair, adjustment and calibration of MKS Instruments equipment based on current calibration procedures and technical documentation.
Ensuring products are repaired and tested in a timely manner, to meet performance targets.
Maintaining work area, test equipment and tools in line with 6S workstation requirements.
Setting up and final test of software, hardware and computers.
Maintain records, update service database and prepare customer documentation.
Completing final test reports and shipping documentation.

Language Skills: Hebrew, Technical English (Excellent writing and reading)
To be able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs with changing customer demands.

Responsibilities
Research and develop advanced algorithms for the detection, classification, and decoding of wireless communication signals using signal processing and artificial intelligence
Develop software-based algorithms and modems for 4G and 5G communication, including design, performance analysis, simulations, and testing

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, with 3-5 years of experience in developing algorithms for wireless communication Understanding of PHY layers, including synchronization processes, parameter estimation, modulation, and coding Knowledge of the physical layer and protocols of 4G and 5G cellular communication Experience in developing PHY simulations using MATLAB/Python Ability to work independently in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (advantage) Experience in developing real-time communication algorithms (advantage) Experience in developing machine learning/deep learning algorithms (advantage) *The position is open to both men and women
