You'll work directly with the doctor who created this community to help create an outstanding experience for patients and community members while supporting the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Welcome and support new community members and patients Manage community engagement and communications Coordinate projects, events, webinars, and launches Maintain systems, workflows, and CRM records Provide administrative and executive support Help move business initiatives from idea to implementation

Responsibilities: * Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives. * Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms using paid and organic campaigns. * Community Management: Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. * Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results. * Stay Updated: Stay up to date on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and enhance social media presence.
