Using various tools, the data analyst will be responsible for analyzing very large and multi-dimensional datasets in order to:
· Conduct and present assessments on different aspects of the business such as marketing performance, customer behavior & acquisition to recommended immediate actions and advice on long-term strategic changes which will reduce costs of operation while retaining or improving business profit.
· Create various solutions and reports to monitor and assess trends, growth and anomalies. Also, supply tools that would allow to simulate and estimate the possible impact of decisions on the business.
· Create, tweak and maintain models that will improve customer’s handling by the various departments and maximize their profitability, i.e.: segmentation, churn prediction, etc.
· Test hypotheses in a scientific manner, improving and optimizing processes and services within the business. Assist in the construction of A/B testing and experimental design. Measure success of said tests using statistical methods. Challenge and criticize the way things are done.
