Join a leading high-tech company in the central region as a Senior Automation Developer
leading the design and development of a complex automation infrastructure from scratch for telecom test systems.
Develop backend drivers for test equipment, simulators, and hardware-controlled environments.
Build scalable frameworks, APIs, and abstraction layers for automated testing.
Provide technical leadership to a global Python automation team and collaborate with system, validation, and test groups.

Strong Python backend development experience
Proven track record building automation frameworks/infrastructure from scratch
Hands-on experience integrating test equipment, simulators, or hardware systems
Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable design
Technical leadership or mentoring experience
Willingness to travel frequently
