A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3 years working in a telecom operator (such as, Partner, Cellcom, PNI) as Performance analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of trouble shooting.
Or alternatively, At least 3 years of experience working for a large vendor (e.g. Ericsson, NSN…) in one of the following positions in this order: field support engineer, performance analysis and similar.
Knowledgeable in the following areas (as many as possible) : GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, VoLTE, Mobile backhaul.
Knowledgeable in the following xDR protocols: SIP, ISUP, MAP, CAP, GnGp, Diamater.
Experience with analysis of performance measurements (OM), KPIs and/or alarms (on NSS & BSS levels), xDRs- A MUST!!!
Capable of dealing with urgent customers issues in a multi-tasking mod.
Advance: experience in working with international customers.
Advance: experience with IBM Netcool, HP TeMIP, Netscout, Astelia, QlickView OSS and analytic systems.
English in a very high level- A MUST!!!
Willingness to travel abroad.
