• Experience designing for manufacturability using composite, plastic, and
aluminum materials
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) methodologies
• Experience managing mechanical databases and documentation
• Ability to implement best practices for part numbering and configuration
control
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent
iterations and changing timelines
Advantage:
• Experience in the defense industry
• Experience with multidisciplinary product development in drones or
robotics

תיאור תפקיד:
• ניהול ופיקוח אחר מלאי ומחסנים • הפקת פקודות עבודה לייצור ומעקב אחר ביצוען • שיבוץ פקודות העבודה • אחריות לעמידה באספקות - מוצרי NPI וסדרות יצור כולל בניית תכנית יצור, בהתאם למשאבים וצפי חו"ג זמין •אחריות כוללת על תכנון ויישום החלטות להצטיידות חומר משלב ההתנעה ועד האספקה • תכנון הצטיידות חומרי גלם- התאמה ומידול של מערכת המידע, הוצאת דרישות רכש • סנכרון בין מחלקות החברה - מנהלי פרויקט, הנדסה, ייצור , רכש ומחסן • מעקב אחר מדדים תפעוליים ולוגיסטיים • אחריות מלאה על המלאי, המחסן וזרימת החומר לחברה, ברצפת היצור והחוצה • מתן עדיפויות לפקעות ביצור עפ"י אילוצי החברה • תפעול מערכת Priority
דרישות:
· מהנדס/ת / הנדסאי/ת תעשייה וניהול או תואר רלוונטי אחר · 4+ שנות ניסיון בתפקיד תפ"י/פלנינג- (שנתיים בחברה ייצרנית) · יכולת הובלה של מספר משימות וממשקים בתוך התפעול והפיתוח. · ניסיון בקביעת מדיניות הצטיידות, ניהול סיכונים ואופטימיזציה של תכנון היצור · ראיה מערכתית ויכולת ניתוח מעמיקה לבעיות ומציאת פתרונות שורש · שליטה מלאה ב Priority וביישומי EXCEL ברמה גבוהה
