- ניסיון מוכח בניהול והטמעת מערכות ERP – עדיפות גבוהה ל-Priority הכרות JDE ERP - יתרון- רקע משמעותי במערכות תפעול וייצור כגון: PLM, PDM, MES, WORKDAY וכו'. - הבנה מעמיקה בתהליכי תפעול, ייצור והנדסה (חברת ייצור - הייטק/תעשייה - חובה). תשתיות וציות (Infrastructure & Compliance):
ניהול תחום אבטחת המידע והתשתיות + שרתים, תוך יישום מדיניות הקורפורייט האמריקאי והתאמתה לצורך המקומי. - אחריות על עמידה ברגולציות ומתן תמיכה טכנית מיטבית לכל יחידות הארגון.
דרישות:
השכלה: תואר אקדמי בהנדסה או בתחום רלוונטי. ניסיון גלובלי (חובה): ניסיון ניהול IT משמעותי בחברה בינלאומית ו/או ניהול IT באתר ישראלי של חברה בינלאומית. ניסיון בחברה יצרנית (חובה): ניסיון מחברה יצרנית (תעשייה או הייטק). ניסיון בניהול IT כללי: ניסיון מוכח בניהול IT בארגון גלובלי, או ניהול מחלקת אפליקציות בארגון גדול עם חברות בנות בחו"ל.
סביבת עבודה גלובלית: ניסיון חובה בעבודה בחברה בינלאומית או ניהול IT באתר ישראלי של חברה בינלאומית. אנגלית מצוינת (ראיון עם סמנכ"ל IT אמריקאי נדרש). יכולת ניהול בעלי עניין מרובים (סטייקהולדרים) ושיתוף פעולה מתמיד עם חברת האם ליישום מדיניות גלובלית
