מנהל/ת פרויקטי מצוינות התפעולית (Opex Manager) - פרויקטים תפעוליים חוצי-ארגון -המצוינות התפעולית של החברה. נדרשת הבנה עמוקה של תהליכי ייצור ותפעול עם יכולת מוכחת בניהול פרויקטים מורכבים, מתוך מטרה לשפר ביצועים, ייעול משאבים, ולהטמיע תרבות של שיפור מתמיד. · ניהול והנעת פרויקטים חוצי ארגון לשיפור ביצועים תפעוליים, יעילות ואיכות. · ניהול מטריציוני של צוותים מקצועיים ממחלקות שונות — הנדסה, ייצור, איכות, לוגיסטיקה, אחזקה ועוד. · ניהול תהליכי תכנון, ביצוע, מעקב וסגירה של פרויקטים בהתאם ליעדים, לוחות זמנים ותקציב. אופטימיזציה תפעולית ויישום מתודולוגיות מצוינות · יישום עקרונות Lean, Six Sigma וכלים מתקדמים לשיפור מתמיד. · ניתוח תהליכים קיימים, איתור נקודות כשל והובלת שיפורים תהליכיים והנדסיים. פיתוח והטמעת תוכניות אסטרטגיות · בניית תוכניות עבודה שנתיות ורב-שנתיות בתחום ה־OPEX, בהתאמה לאסטרטגיה הארגונית. · הובלת פרויקטים מרכזיים כגון: o אופטימיזציה של מערך הייצור העתידי. o הטמעת טכנולוגיות מתקדמות וחידושים הנדסיים לשיפור הביצועים. מדידה, ניתוח והצגת ביצועים · פיתוח, ניהול והצגה של מערך מדדים (KPIs) תפעוליים וניתוח נתונים לשיפור מתמשך. · שימוש בכלים אנליטיים לזיהוי וניתוח מגמות. תואר ראשון בהנדסה: תעשייה וניהול, הנדסת מכונות ניסיון מוכח של 5+ שנים בניהול פרויקטים תפעוליים/ הנדסיים. ניסיון עבודה בחברה תעשייתית/יצרנית - חובה היכרות מעמיקה עם מתודולוגיות Lean, Six Sigma. יכולת ניהול והובלה מטריציונית של צוותים חוצי ארגון. ניסיון בניתוח DATA וזיהוי מגמות אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה: תעשייה וניהול, הנדסת מכונות ניסיון מוכח של 5+ שנים בניהול פרויקטים תפעוליים/ הנדסיים. ניסיון עבודה בחברה תעשייתית/יצרנית - חובה היכרות מעמיקה עם מתודולוגיות Lean, Six Sigma. יכולת ניהול והובלה מטריציונית של צוותים חוצי ארגון. חשיבה מערכתית, אוריינטציה עסקית ויכולת הובלה עצמאית של מהלכים. ניסיון בניתוח DATA וזיהוי מגמות יכולת פרזנטטיבית גבוהה. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
