חשב/ת להשתלבות במחלקת הכספים של חברת היי-טק ייצרנית - התפקיד כולל אחריות על דיווחי החברה וחברות בקבוצה, דוחות כספיים שנתיים, תקציבים, ניהול תזרים מזומנים ובנקים, דוחות הנהלה ובחינות כלכליות ומס. - התפקיד בכפוף למנהלת הכספים וכולל ניהול של צוות הנהלת חשבונות . תחומי אחריות : * אחריות על הנהלת החשבונות והדיווחים הכספיים של החברה וחברות בקבוצה. * הכנת דוחות כספיים תקופתיים ושנתיים. * ניהול ובקרה של תזרים המזומנים והתקציב. * הכנת דוחות ניהוליים, ניתוחים פיננסיים ותובנות להנהלה. * אחריות על דיווחים לרשויות המס והתנהלות מול רו"ח המבקר. * ניהול ובקרה של תהליכי גבייה, ספקים ותשלומים. * בניית והטמעת תהליכי בקרה פנימיים ושיפור תהליכים. * עבודה מול הנהלת החברה ומתן תמיכה חשבונאית ופיננסית בקבלת החלטות.
דרישות:
* רו"ח מוסמכ/ת – חובה. * 3–4 שנות ניסיון לאחר התמחות, בתפקיד עוזר/ת חשב או חשב/ת – חובה. * ניסיון מחברות טכנולוגיות / חברות תעשייה ומלאי. * היכרות וניסיון עם תקני ביקורת ישראלים ו-IFRS. * ניסיון בעבודה מול רו"ח מבקר ורשויות המס. * ניסיון בניהול תזרים, תקציב ובקרה פיננסית. * יכולת אנליטית גבוהה וירידה לפרטים. * יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד יכולת הובלה וניהול תהליכים. * ראייה עסקית והבנה של צרכי ההנהלה. * שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel וניסיון במערכות ERP פריורטי – יתרון משמעותי. * אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

תיאור תפקיד:
A Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Embedded and Electro-Optical (EO) Systems - Lead all activities related to the design, execution, and validation of our electrical circuits and boards
- Own the full electrical lifecycle—from requirements definition and board architecture through schematic design, layout, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and verification.
-Guide and mentor our electrical technicians and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- The role requires deep experience working with EO system electronics, including board-level definitions, mixed-signal design, high speed cameras pipeline, and complex system integration. Your leadership will directly impact on the reliability,
דרישות:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design for electro-optical, embedded, airborne, or defense-related systems.
• Proven experience with board-level design, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and validation of complex electronics.
• Strong hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, including power electronics, signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, and high-speed digital systems.
• Familiarity with EO system components military grade (image sensors, cameras, IR modules, laser systems, gimbals, stabilization units, embedded compute).
• Experience managing PCB layout processes and working with external design/manufacturing partners.
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, thermal measurement tools).
• Strong documentation skills, including requirements, test procedures, and engineering reports.
