תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל ואלקטרוניקה. לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח חומרה (כרטיסים ו/או תיבות אלקטרוניות). ניסיון בהובלת אנשים. ידע מעשי בתהליכי פיתוח חומרה מוקשחת למערכות צבאיות-יתרון. ידע מעשי בהובלת ארכיטקטורה ופיתוח קושחת רכיבים מתכנתים בכרטיסים ובמכלולים-יתרון. ידע בין-תחומי באלקטרוניקה (אותות מעורבים/ספרתי/מערכות הספק/קושחה)- יתרון. ניסיון מעשי בתכן מערכתי-יתרון. היכרות עם תקנים בינלאומיים בדגש על צבאיים-יתרון. תואר שני במקצועות התכן (חשמל, מחשבים) או הנדסת מערכת-יתרון.
