תיאור תפקיד:
• ניהול שוטף של צוות טכני ברצפת הייצור – חניכה, חלוקת עבודה, תעדוף משימות, הערכת ביצועים • תמיכה טכנית בבעיות שוטפות בקו הייצור, כולל תקלות אלקטרוניות • ניתוח תקלות (troubleshooting) ברמת רכיב ומערכת ומתן פתרונות מהירים • הובלת חקרי כשל (RCAs) וכתיבת דוחות טכניים • שיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים: הנדסה, איכות, רכש, פיתוח ולוגיסטיקה • תמיכה בתהליכי MRB, ECO ו-NPI • שיפור תהליכי ייצור: זיהוי צווארי בקבוק, ביצוע אנליזות, הובלת ייעול והטמעת פתרונות אוטומציה • הסתכלות מערכתית לאורך התהליך: ניתוח ביצועים, העלאת דגלים בזמן, ניהול תעדוף ודחיפות • ניסיון של 6 שנים לפחות בניהול ישיר של עובדים (קבוצה של לפחות 10) – חובה • תואר ראשון בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה – חובה • ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת ייצור (אלקטרוניקה/מערכות משולבות)- חובה • ניסיון בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור- חובה • ראייה מערכתית ויכולת לנתח נתונים ולהסיק מסקנות תפעוליות • שליטה גבוהה בתקלות ברמת מערכת ורכיב • אנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה • תקשורת בין-אישית מעולה, גמישות מחשבתית, שירותיות ויכולת לפתור בעיות בזמן אמת

תיאור תפקיד:
• Lead the software team developing our cutting-edge UAV systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain real-time embedded software for
flight and mission systems.
• Architect the software stack and provide structure, estimates, and
development timelines.
• Define and enforce best practices, system modularity, and team code
standards.
• Take ownership of Jetson Orin NX integration, including:
• Video processing pipelines
• Real-time plugin frameworks
• Core utilization, threading, and scheduling
• Peripheral and sensor interfaces
• Conduct integration and testing of external APIs and hardware
components.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, perception, and control teams to
ensure system-level performance.

NVIDIA Prossesor ,or JETSON ORIM NX Processors
• Real-time software development

דרישות:
• 3+ years of experience in RT embedded software development -
Proven experience with Jetson platforms (Orin NX required):
• Integration into hardware/software systems
• Video pipeline construction (e.g., GStreamer)
• System resource and thread/core management
• Hardware-oriented development: sensors, protocols, and interfaces
• Experience estimating effort, defining architecture, and executing against a development plan
• High proficiency in debugging real-time systems and optimizing for performance
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience
Advantage - Familiarity with:
• UAV/Autopilots (PX4) • DDS, ROS2, or robotics middleware
