תיאור תפקיד:
ניהול האיכות בחברה בכפיפות למנכ"ל, ניהול מחלקת בקרת האיכות בחברה , ליווי תהליכים עריכת מבדקים פנימיים והכנה לביקורות חיצוניות, אחריות על נהלי האיכות, הובלת פרויקטים לשיפור בקרת האיכות התממשקות מול גורמי ה"א של הלקוחות והספקים. ניהול צוות של 4 מבקרי איכות עבודה לפי תקני ISO 9001+ ISO 14001
דרישות:
- השכלה הנדסית בתחום התעשייה והניהול/מכונות/אלקטרוניקה. - מינימום 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול QA בתחום התעשייה מתוכם לפחות שנתיים בתפקיד מקביל - השכלה פורמלית בתחום ה"א. - הכרות עם מערכת Prioroty - יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בעברית ואנגלית - יכולת ורצוי ניסיון בחקר כשלים, כתיבת נהלים והדרכות בתחום האיכות. - הכרות מעמיקה עם תקנים איכות בינלאומיים וצבאיים. - יחסי אנוש טובים מאד - אחריות על עמידה בדרישות תקנים וחקר תקנים רלוונטיים לתעשיות השונות. - עבודה בממשקים רבים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים. - יתרון משמעותי– הסמכה כממונה בטיחות בעבודה

תיאור תפקיד:
מנהל/ת פרויקטים מנוסה בתחום מערכות RF • ניהול וליווי הפרוייקט מתחילתו עד סופו כציר מרכזי בעבודה מול כלל הממשקים המעורבים בחברה והובלה של צוותי עבודה לאורך כל הדרך ואף לאחר מסירת המוצר ללקוח בפועל. • ניהול הלקוח במסגרת הפרויקט, משלב קבלת הפרויקט בחברה ועד מסירתו. • כתיבת מסמכי פרויקטים ושימוש במתודולוגיות ניהול פרויקטים (ניהול סיכונים, גאנט וכו'). • מעקב אחר משימות הקשורות לפרוייקט, לו"ז, תקציב ובניית תוכנית עבודה המשתנה בהתאם להתקדמות הפרוייקט. • השתתפות ומעורבות בפגישות טכניות הקשורות לפרויקט, וקביעת כיווני פיתוח נדרשים בפרויקט.
דרישות:
• מנהל/ת פרויקטים מנוסה – 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול והובלת פרויקטים מורכבים. • B.Sc. בהנדסת חשמל, יתרון לתואר שני במינהל עסקים או בהנדסת מערכות. • ניסיון עם מערכות ופרויקטים בתחום ה-RF. יתרון לניסיון במערכות לוחמה אלקטרוניות ו/או איכון. • ניסיון בעבודה וניהול לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל. • ניסיון קודם בעבודה עם לקוחות ביטחוניים - יתרון. • יכולת עבודה והובלה של צוותים במבנה מטריציוני. • יכולת גבוהה לניהול מספר משימות במקביל, קביעת סדרי עדיפויות וקבלת החלטות בהתאם. • יחסי אנוש טובים, בעל/ת גמישות מחשבתית, איש/ת צוות. • יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בעל פה ובכתב, בעברית ובאנגלית. • התפקיד כולל נסיעות לחו"ל עפ"י הצורך. • בוגר/ת יחידה טכנולוגית\מודיעינית בעלת אוריינטציה טכנית–יתרון. • יכולת ונכונות לקבל סיווג בטחוני.
