Our cloud-based PMS system powers everything from reservations and operations to guest experience, serving leading hotel chains like Fattal, Dan, and many international clients. Here, you’ll find a real challenge: driving the transformation from monolithic architecture to microservices, developing at massive cloud scale, and integrating AI-driven tools that are already reshaping development speed and quality. We’re looking for a Senior Developer who not only lives and breathes code but also sees the bigger picture – understands the business impact of every feature, wants to influence the product’s core, and knows how to combine bold innovation with the stability of a company trusted by hotels for over 30 years. Responsibilities: Leading the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture Leading work with tools like GitHub Copilot and other LLMs as daily tools Accelerating development processes, automating tests, documenting and
understanding complex code Defining new standards for high-volume development environments Technical leadership of a team – including training, mentoring, and hands-on
implementation Implementing code solutions quickly and with high quality in critical systems
environments

Requirements: 7+ years of backend development experience in C#/.NET Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
technological fields Proven experience in rapidly improving development
speed and reducing bugs using AI-based tools Ability to lead end-to-end development processes including scaling,
documentation, and automation System-level thinking, business orientation, and training skills Experience working with microservices architecture and building APIs
This is a full time position and is located in our Haifa office (Hybrid one day/week at home)
