We are looking to build out its paid search activity, RSOC. The role would require you to build the activity from scratch, manage growth, and potentially build out a team. We are a fast-paced company and are looking for someone who has hands-on paid acquisition activity with an emphasis on paid acquisition for search (RSoC) and would be able to build things from the ground up. The perfect candidate will be someone who is data-driven, analytical, creative, curious, and driven to succeed and is up for the task of building this activity from the ground up. Someone who has deep knowledge of paid acquisition operations and media buying (and specifically RSoC as well). A team player with positive energy who is looking for his next challenge and is not deterred by going from 0 to 1 and has a hands-on approach to his work. US-based wealth management firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our Israel team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both Israel and US tax law and be able to work effectively with clients, external advisors and team members. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and tax filings • Assist in the collection of tax source documents from client accountants and organize information on network drive • Ongoing interaction with external client advisors (e.g., accountants, tax attorneys, accountants, etc.) • Conduct research on tax laws and regulations in both Israel and the US • Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, tax payments and advisory work for clients • Assist with estate planning strategies for clients • Manage bookkeeping and payroll for clients, as needed • Review clients’ monthly reports • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Hebrew
דרישות:
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or law • Certified CPA (IL or US) • 3+ years of experience in an international tax department at a large accounting firm or a leading law firm • Solid international and local tax knowledge • Attention to detail and produce accurate and organized work product • Efficient and creative problem-solver • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Excellent writing and verbal English and Hebrew skills This is a hybrid position in Ra’anana.
