Modiin based law office is seeking an IT Support Specialist, responsible for first level technical support in the Israel office, including user support for application questions and problems, desktop, laptop, printer support, and computer room support working with Detroit IT Business Professionals or outside consultants. There will be strong emphasis on prompt response and resolutions to support calls because the lawyers and business professionals depend on computer equipment to serve clients. Effective customer service and good communication skills are essential to this role. A rapidly growing women’s retail company with a small but diverse technical team. While we are not a classic hi-tech company, we are a startup and expect our technical work to be managed with high standards of execution, structure, and accountability. This role may suit experienced technical professionals who want to maintain high professional standards while stepping away from constant hi-tech pressures. We offer some flexibility in working hours: full-time or slightly reduced hours (e.g., ~7 hours/day) may be considered. Based in our Jerusalem Har Hotzvim offices. Good Hebrew is a must. The Role: We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Inventory & Data Specialist to take ownership of our data and inventory operations and elevate them to the next level. This role involves managing and mentoring an existing data/inventory team member, setting standards, building structure, and turning data into actionable insights. You will not only analyze data, but also ensure execution, follow through, and measurable impact on the business. You’ll work closely with operations, supply chain, finance, e-commerce, and management to ensure inventory accuracy, healthy stock levels, and data driven decision making across the company.

Requirements: Must Have Proven experience in data analysis, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical business decisions. Hands-on experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and stock optimization. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Experience working with BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Experience managing or leading others, formally or informally. High level of ownership, structure, and follow-through.
Nice to Have Experience with ERP / inventory systems. SQL or other data querying skills. Experience in a growing or startup environment. Background working closely with operations, finance, or supply chain teams.
