תיאור תפקיד:
Provide end to end HR support to assigned business units across the full employee lifecycle
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates
Support and coordinate recruitment processes across departments (Production, Operations, Quality, R&D, etc.) in collaboration with hiring managers
Support the implementation of global HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives
Assist in analyzing annual employee engagement survey results and support follow up action plans
Provide day to day HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, basic conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes (with guidance)
Support internal communication initiatives and employee wellbeing programs
Assist in ensuring compliance with Israeli labor laws and internal HR policies
דרישות:
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist / Junior HRBP)
Experience working in a global or corporate environment an advantage
Proficiency in Workday and Hilan required
High proficiency in English and Russian required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service oriented, people focused mindset
