תואר ראשון בהנדסה: תעשייה וניהול, הנדסת מכונות ניסיון מוכח של 5+ שנים בניהול פרויקטים תפעוליים/ הנדסיים. ניסיון עבודה בחברה תעשייתית/יצרנית - חובה היכרות מעמיקה עם מתודולוגיות Lean, Six Sigma. יכולת ניהול והובלה מטריציונית של צוותים חוצי ארגון. חשיבה מערכתית, אוריינטציה עסקית ויכולת הובלה עצמאית של מהלכים. ניסיון בניתוח DATA וזיהוי מגמות יכולת פרזנטטיבית גבוהה. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

תיאור תפקיד:
מנהל/ת פרויקטים מנוסה בתחום מערכות RF • ניהול וליווי הפרוייקט מתחילתו עד סופו כציר מרכזי בעבודה מול כלל הממשקים המעורבים בחברה והובלה של צוותי עבודה לאורך כל הדרך ואף לאחר מסירת המוצר ללקוח בפועל. • ניהול הלקוח במסגרת הפרויקט, משלב קבלת הפרויקט בחברה ועד מסירתו. • כתיבת מסמכי פרויקטים ושימוש במתודולוגיות ניהול פרויקטים (ניהול סיכונים, גאנט וכו'). • מעקב אחר משימות הקשורות לפרוייקט, לו"ז, תקציב ובניית תוכנית עבודה המשתנה בהתאם להתקדמות הפרוייקט. • השתתפות ומעורבות בפגישות טכניות הקשורות לפרויקט, וקביעת כיווני פיתוח נדרשים בפרויקט.
דרישות:
• מנהל/ת פרויקטים מנוסה – 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול והובלת פרויקטים מורכבים. • B.Sc. בהנדסת חשמל, יתרון לתואר שני במינהל עסקים או בהנדסת מערכות. • ניסיון עם מערכות ופרויקטים בתחום ה-RF. יתרון לניסיון במערכות לוחמה אלקטרוניות ו/או איכון. • ניסיון בעבודה וניהול לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל. • ניסיון קודם בעבודה עם לקוחות ביטחוניים - יתרון. • יכולת עבודה והובלה של צוותים במבנה מטריציוני. • יכולת גבוהה לניהול מספר משימות במקביל, קביעת סדרי עדיפויות וקבלת החלטות בהתאם. • יחסי אנוש טובים, בעל/ת גמישות מחשבתית, איש/ת צוות. • יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בעל פה ובכתב, בעברית ובאנגלית. • התפקיד כולל נסיעות לחו"ל עפ"י הצורך. • בוגר/ת יחידה טכנולוגית\מודיעינית בעלת אוריינטציה טכנית–יתרון. • יכולת ונכונות לקבל סיווג בטחוני.

דרישות:
Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing algorithms for physical signal processing using classical and ML/DL-based techniques
Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Python
Proven experience in software implementation of algorithms- mandatory
Experience in algorithmic process optimization
