תיאור תפקיד:
System Engineer AMS, where you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced communication systems. Play a critical role in ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility of the development of complex Airborne Communication systems.
• Lead the System level architecture of complex systems, and be an expert in the System, Software and Hardware specifications.
• Coordinating internal R&D resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Conduct system integration and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within development budget.
• Matrix structure management of Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Verification teams for several projects in parallel – different requirements, use cases and customers.
• Lead an internal and external design reviews, pre and post sales activities with various customers.

הצטרפות לצוות פיתוח מוביל העוסק בתחומי הביטחוניים התפקיד כולל הובלת תהליכי Board Designתכנון ופיתוח של מוצרים מולטי-דיסציפלינריים מתקדמים. העבודה מקיפה את כל מחזור החיים של המוצר – החל משלב הגדרת הקונספט המערכתי, דרך התכנון המפורט ועד להטמעה וייצור. -תכנון לוחות (Board Design): תכנון ופיתוח כרטיסים אלקטרוניים מורכבים המשלבים טכנולוגיות אנלוגיות ודיגיטליות. - ליווי מחזור חיים מלא: הובלת הפרויקט משלב הרעיון, דרך כתיבת מסמכי דרישות, תכנון סכמטי, ליווי עריכה (Layout), ועד לבדיקות מעבדה ואינטגרציה. - עבודה רב-תחומית: ממשק צמוד עם צוותי מערכת, תוכנה, מכניקה ואופטיקה לפיתוח פתרונות משולבים. .
דרישות:
השכלה: תואר ראשון (.B.Sc) בהנדסת חשמל ואלקטרוניקה ממוסד אקדמי מוכר – חובה. ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון משמעותי (5 שנים ומעלה) בתכנון חומרה ו-Board Design. - ניסיון מוכח בתכנון מעגלים דיגיטליים מהירים (High-Speed Design). - ניסיון בתכנון ספקי כוח ומעגלים אנלוגיים – יתרון משמעותי. - היכרות עם כלי תכנון וסימולציה (כגון Cadence/Altium/OrCAD). - רקע רלוונטי: ניסיון קודם בפיתוח מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות, לייזרים או מערכות תצוגה – יתרון משמעותי מאוד. - יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות ראייה מערכתית ויכולת פתרון בעיות (Troubleshooting) מורכבות בסביבת מעבדה
