ניהול ושיפור מערכות הניהול של המפעל בהתאם לתקני, AS9100 ניהול איכות יל פי תקני AS9100 ותקנים ביטחוניים, ISO 14001 ניהול סביבתי, ISO 45001 ניהול בטיחות ובריאות תעסוקתית. אחריות ומומחיות לכל סוגיות ויישום של דרישות התקנים. הובלת את הכנת המפעל לביקורות פנימיות וחיצוניות (כולל ביקורות של רגולטורים, לקוחות ) ניהול איכות בשרשרת אספקה ואיכות בארגון גלובלי 2. מצוינות בתהליכי ייצור ושיפורם – בגישה מולטידיסציפלינרית: ביצוע ניתוחים מעמיקים מזווית מולטידיסציפלינרית של תהליכי הייצור הקיימים, תוך שילוב ידע בהנדסה, חומרים, אלקטרוניקה ותכנה כדי לזהות צווארי בקבוק ובעיות איכות. הובלה פרויקטים של שיפור מתמיד תוך שיתוף פעולה בין-תחומי עם מחלקות ההנדסה, הייצור, התפעול, הרכש והלוגיסטיקה. הטמעה כלים סטטיסטיים (SPC – Statistical Process Control) לניטור ובקרה של תהליכי ייצור קריטיים, תוך הבנת ההקשרים . 3. הנהגת תרבות איכות ובטיחות: להוות דמות מפתח בהטמעת תרבות איכות ובטיחות עמוקה בכל רמות המפעל. אפיון והגדרה של תוכנית הדרכה בתחום איכות בטיחות וסביבה 4. ניהול צוות וממשקים ארגו ים: ניהול ואחריות על צוות האיכות של המפעל - מנהלת איכות ,מהנדסי איכות, מבקרים דווח שוטף לסמנכ”ל/ית האיכות על ביצועי מערכת האיכות, מדדים מרכזיים (KPIs) וסיכונים
דרישות:
5+ שנות ניסיון בתעשייה הביטחונית\תעופה אזרחית – חובה. ניסיון בסיקרי איכות כגון AS9100, ISO9001, סיקורי ח"א, סיקורי אלביט\רפאל\תע"א – חובה - עריכת סקרים פנימיים - חובה. -כתיבה של נהלים - חובה. - ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם תקני איכות כגון ISO 9001 ו AS 9100, תקנים צבאיים כגוןMIL STD 810 , תקנים אירופאים כגון STANAG ותקני תעופה אזרחית: D0 178, DO 254 DO 160 וכו' - חובה - ניסיון בניתוחי תקלות FRACAS, SPC וכו'- חובה. - ניסיון בכתיבת תוכניות קווליפיקציה SOF תנ"ס והובלת התהליכים מול הייצור והנדסה-חובה. - ניסיון בניהול ישיר של עובדים - חובה - ניסיון בניהול בטיחות או הסמכת נאמן בטיחות -יתרון - אנגלית ברמה גבוהה כולל אנגלית טכנית – חובה
