לאתר החברה ברמת השרון דרוש.ה מנהל.ת ייצור תיאור התפקיד ניהול כולל של תהליכי העבודה במחלקות הייצור, תוך הבטחת עמידה ביעדי בטיחות, איכות וביצועים (KPIs) ושמירה על רציפות תפעולית מיטבית. הובלת שיפור מתמיד במדדי OEE (זמינות, ביצוע ואיכות) והטמעת תהליכים לשיפור ביצועים ייזום והובלת מהלכי התייעלות לשיפור תהליכי הייצור, צמצום בזבוזים והגדלת תפוקות אחראיות על מתן פתרונות לבעיות ותקלות בייצור, ניתוח ויישום פעולות מתקנות, לשיפור תהליכי העבודה ביצוע מעקב יומי אחר תפוקות הייצור, ניתוח פערים מול תוכנית העבודה ויישום פעולות לשיפור עמידה ביעדים ניתוח נתוני ייצור בזמן אמת והפקת תובנות אופרטיביות לשיפור ביצועים הובלת תהליכי Lean ושיפור מתמיד לשדרוג תפוקות, איכות ויעילות תיאום ושילוב משאבים טכניים והנדסיים לצורך פתרון בעיות, תמיכה בייצור והובלת פרויקטים תפעוליים הבטחת עמידה בלוחות הזמנים של תוכנית הייצור (תפ"י) באמצעות תכנון, תעדוף וניהול עומסים ניהול ישיר, פיתוח והובלה מקצועית של מנהלי המחלקות במערך הייצור תכנון וניהול כוח האדם בייצור בהתאם לצרכים משתנים, סדרי עדיפויות ויעדי המפעל

מהנדס.ת מכונות / אלקטרוניקה / תעשייה וניהול – תנאי סף. יכולות אנליטיות מצוינות, כולל אפיון, בנייה וניתוח של מדדי ביצוע (KPIs) עצמאות, יוזמה וכושר ארגון ניסיון מוכח בניהול תפעול ורצפת ייצור במפעל תעשייתי עם קווי ייצור רציפים – תנאי סף ניסיון בניהול והובלת פרויקטים גדולים הובלה באופן מתמיד של תהליכי וצוותי שיפור ניסיון עם מערכות MES, מערכות ניהול אחזקה, ERP, PLM יכולת הובלה ורתימה כישורי ניתוח, אבחון ופתרון בעיות כישורי תקשורת וארגון (ניהול שינוי), תקשורת בינאישית ויחסי אנוש טובים יכולת לשלב בין חשיבה מערכתית ואסטרטגית לבין ירידה לפרטים תפעוליים *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד **רק פניות מתאימות יענו
