A leading service company to financial organizations specializing in Online Marketing is looking for an Affiliate Manager. As an Affiliate Manager you will: Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential. Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company’s CR & ROI. Negotiate terms and payouts to ensure partner satisfaction. Manage affiliate billing on a weekly/monthly basis. Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from affiliates. Collaborate with the team to ensure company KPIs are met.
דרישות:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager in online industries (e.g., Gaming, Forex) Proven success managing large monthly budgets. Demonstrated ability to establish and grow international partnerships in competitive markets. Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus

You will act as the key link between partners and campaign success, helping build relationships, support affiliate activities, and provide insights to optimize performance. Responsibilities Assist in recruiting and activating new affiliates and partners, maintaining contact from their initial onboarding and throughout their partnership with the company. Support onboarding and ensure ongoing engagement Respond to affiliate inquiries using relevant tools and knowledge Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Monitor competitor activity and report insights
