תיאור תפקיד:
לחטיבת יבשה ותעש דרוש.ה מנהל.ת מפעל באזור המרכז תיאור תפקיד: ניהול מפעל ייצור, המפעל כולל 400 עובדים ועוסק בייצור תחמושת תחומי אחריות ותכולות עבודה מרכזיות: ניהול האתר ניהול כלל המחלקות במפעל (יצור, איכות, בטיחות, שרשרת אספקה, אחזקה, הנדסה, מצוינות תפעולית), ניהול מטריציוני של מחלקות משאבי אנוש, כספים, רכש, מערכות מידע ובטחון עמידה בדרישות הבטיחות, איכות הסביבה, הנהלים, התקנות והוראות העבודה הובלה טכנולוגית בתחום הייצור והתהליכים, סיוע בתהליך ייצוב ושיפור איכות המוצר עמידה בתוכנית ייצור: לו"ז, איכות ותקני זמן/ש"ע, איזון עומסים כנדרש וכיו"ב על מנת לעמוד ברמת שירות גבוהה ללקוחות המפעל ניהול ועמידה ביעדי תקציב הוצאות המפעל ואיזון נדרש מול התפוקה הובלה וחניכה של הסגל הניהולי של המפעל אחריות על היקף המלאי במפעל ועמידה ביעדי המלאי
דרישות:
תואר רלוונטי ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בניהול יצור ולפחות מפעל אחד בסדר גודל של מעל 100 עובדים- חובה ניסיון בניהול על פי מתודות המצוינות התפעולית/ Lean בניית תכניות עבודה ויישומן שליטה בתוכנות Office יכולת השתלבות בעבודת צוות, עבודה מול ממשקים, ותקשורת בינאישית גבוהה גמישות תפקודית גבוהה ועמידה בלחצים יכולת עבודה עצמאית בסביבה מטריציונית ניסיון בהובלת שינויים והטמעת טכנולוגיות או תהליכי עבודה חדשים יכולת הנעת תהליכי בקרה ומדידה ארגונית יכולת לעבודה מאומצת, סביב השעון כושר ביטוי והצגה בכתב ובע"פ (בעברית ובאנגלית) *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד **רק פניות מתאימות יענו
