לחברת רוקר מקבוצת אלביט דרוש.ה מהנדס.ת מערכת חברת רוקר מפתחת מערכות ניווט והנחייה למערכות צבאיות מגוונות באוויר ביבשה ובים ומחפסת מהנדס.ת מערכת לפרויקטי פיתוח וייצור מולטי דיסציפלינריים תיאור התפקיד: תכנון התכן המערכתי והנדסת המערכת של הפרויקט והובלת פיתוח מערכות מולטי דיסציפלינריות עתירות חומרה, תוכנה ואלגוריתמים הובלה טכנית של צוותים הנדסיים בתהליך הפיתוח לעמידה בביצועים, בלוח הזמנים ובתקציב ניהול הפעילות הטכנית הכוללת בתוך הפרויקט ומול לקוחות החברה אינטגרציות מערכתיות במעבדות החברה, במעבדות הלקוח ובניסויי שטח בשילוב עבודת צוות תמיכה והובלת צוות מהנדסים בדיסציפלינות השונות הובלת תהליך NPI כתיבת מפרטי מערכת והגדרת SOW במהלך תהליך הPRE SALE
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל ואו אלקטרוניקה / הנדסת מחשבים ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בהנדסת מערכות של מוצרים מורכבים כגון מקלטים ומשדרים רקע וניסיון בפיתוח חומרה תוכנה או קושחה במערכות תקשורת אלחוטית ניסיון בכתיבת מפרטים טכניים ללקוח ולצוותים המולטי דיסציפלינריים הבנה מערכתית בתחומי אלקטרוניקה אנלוגית ודיגיטלית, תוכנה ועיבוד אותות ראיה מערכתית כושר ניתוח הנדסי ברמה גבוהה כושר ניהול יצירתיות ומעוף יחסי אנוש טוסים ויכולת עבודה בצוות אנגלית ברמה גבוהה *רק פניות מתאימות ייענו **המשרה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד
