אחריות כוללת לניהול הפרויקט על כלל מרכיביו. אחריות לניהול קשרי העבודה השוטפים עם הלקוח. אחריות לניהול הממשקים במטריצה – פיתוח, מטה היצור, מפעל היצור רכש ולוגיסטיקה. אחריות לעמידת הפרויקט באבני הדרך החוזיות, ביעדים הטכניים והתוכניתיים, בלו"ז, בתקציב ובאיכות תוך שיפור הרווחיות. אחריות להכנת, אישור, ליווי ופיקוח על תוכניות הניסויים במהלך חיי הפרויקט. אחריות לניתוח סיכונים, טיפול בתקלות, תלונות לקוח, תהליכי הפקת לקחים מאירועים, ניהול שינויים, ניהול תצורה. אחריות להכנת ואישור תוכניות העבודה של הפרויקט על כל מרכיביו וניהול דיוני בקרה שוטפים- טכניים, תוכניתיים ותקציביים לכל העוסקים בפרויקט הן ברפאל והן מחוצה לה. ניהול הפרויקט בהתאם לעקרונות ההנדסה המשולבת, והנדסת מערכת וליווי ותמיכה במעורבות מפעל הייצור. הנחיה ותמיכה בתהליכי העבודה והקצאת משאבים, גיוס עובדים וטיפוח וקידום עובדים.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה. MBA או תואר מתקדם - יתרון. ניסיון בפרויקטי פיתוח ופרויקטי ייצור בתחום מערכות נשק. ניסיון בניהול פעילות אינטגרציה בין מערכות. ניסיון בכתיבת מסמכים טכניים (מפרט, SOW). ניסיון בכתיבת הצעות מחיר- יתרון. אנגלית ברמה טובה מאד.
