Constantine Shlomovitz, Electricity and Control Technician, Mivrag Cold Forming Technology.Ltd

Constantine Shlomovitz, 35, is now an Ein-Hashofet resident after being hired for a job at Mivrag Cold Forming Technology.
He holds a Master’s degree with honors in Electronic Engineering and Automation (Assembly-Line Systems), Industrial Facilities and Computerized Oversight from Donetsk University in the Ukraine.

Constantine used to work as an electrical technician and controller. He joined the ranks of jobseekers and spent two months looking for work, conducting his job search through friends and the Internet. Constantine came across the Jobnet site through his brother, but also heard about the site through very interesting means. “I was called in for a job interview. The interview went alright but toward the end the interviewer said, ‘Your education and experience is beyond our requirements.’ He offered me encouragement and told me not to give up, saying, ‘You should look for work on the Jobnet site.

’ I accessed the site and found this job as an electrical technician and control worker at Mivrag, where I am involved in maintaining and upgrading the electrical and automation systems. Mivrag is a metal production company located at Kibbutz Ein-Hashofet.

“Their coating department made a good impression on me from the start. The management is constantly working toward more sophisticated and efficient production. They do not compromise on quality and we have achieved fantastic, uncommon results thanks to Plating Department Manager Yaki Meltz and Electrical and Control Department Manager Razi Rosenberg.”

Constantine says Mivrag places emphasis on personnel and good working conditions. Kibbutz Ein-Hashofet was happy to adopt him and he now lives at the kibbutz. “I’ve found a warm home, too,” he says with a smile.
