Main Responsibilities
Lead and implement cross organizational quality processes
Initiate, manage, and improve root cause analysis and corrective action processes for systemic issues
Mentor and guide teams in professional development within engineering and quality disciplines
Develop and apply methodologies for sharing and embedding lessons learned (LL) from investigations, PFMEA, MRB, and more
Provide professional response to cross organizational customer complaints, including both internal and external clients
Represent the Quality domain in projects introducing new technologies and support process validation activities
Promote professional collaboration between the quality, production, and engineering departments

לאתר החטיבה בנתניה דרוש.ה מהנדס.ת כבילה מנוסה בתחום הכבילה הצבאית למערכות טקטיות קרקעיות ואוויריות התפקיד כולל הובלת פתרונות כבילה עבור בפרויקטים בתחום התקשוב שמכילים מוצרים ברכבים טקטיים מגוונים, מפקדות, פתרונות חייל ורחפנים במסגרת התפקיד ידרשו פתרונות הנדסיים משלב הגדרת הדרישות, תכן, ליווי הרכש והספקים, ליווי ההרכבות והייצור ועד ההתקנות והבחינות בשטח תחומי אחריות: הגדרה ושרטוט פריטי הכבילה הצבאית בפרויקטים על כל מרכיביהם הכרת שוק הכבילה, היכרות עם קטלוגים של יצרנים מרכזיים, ויכולת שרטוט גבוהה במערכת VISIO קיום קשר רציף עם יצרני פריטים וכבלים בארץ ובחו"ל הפעלת קבלני משנה בתחום שרטוט וייצור ליווי הנדסי מקצועי לאנשי הפרויקט, הפיתוח והייצור מתן מענה לשאלות טכניות ממחלקות הייצור הפנימיות באלביט הגדרת תהליכי ייצור הכבלים מול אנשי הייצור וקבלני המשנה
דרישות:
מהנדס.ת / הנדסאי.ת עם לפחות שנתיים ניסיון של שנתיים בפיתוח הנדסי לכבלים ורתמות היכרות עם כבילה צבאית רקע במפעל ייצור - יתרון ניסיון בהגדרה של פריטים ועצי מוצר היכרות עם טכנולוגיות הכבילה הבאות: DATA, POWER, COAX, יתרון – סיבים אופטיים ניסיון בשרטוטי כבילה ניסיון בתיעוד הנדסי ניסיון בהגדרת תהליכי עבודה להרכבות כבלים (ניתובים) יכולת עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם מהנדסי מערכת ומתן מענה מהיר כולל שינויים תכופים ידע בסטנדרטים בתחום הכבילה (IPC-620) עבודה מול צה"ל - יתרון תקשורת בין אישית טובה, יכולת עבודה בצוות, אסרטיביות ותודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד * המשרה פונה לגברים ונשים כאחד ** רק פניות מתאימות ייענו
