Qualified secretary/administrative assistant for an individual in their home office Experience in secretarial and office administration, basic bookkeeping Job Description: Organizing/managing data, documents, and appointments Interfacing with suppliers, banks, organizations, agencies, individuals Reviewing and organizing financial information/statements, inputting data Writing summaries and correspondence, internet searches, some research A variety of organizational and other tasks, including administrative tasks for a non-profit organization. 6-8 hours/day, 4-5 days/week

Job Requirements:- Bilingual English and Hebrew
- Computer and tech savvy –phone and computer – apps, Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- Good with numbers and financial data
- Attentive to detail
- Very organized
- Able to multitask
- Resourceful and flexible
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can work independently, set priorities, and take initiative
- Experience in office administration
- Driver’s license
- Interested in staying for more than one year
6-8 hours/day, 4-5 days/week Required Experience:2-4 years Location:Jerusalem
