Senior Backend Engineer • Proven experience (5+ years) as a backend developer with the ability to work independently.
• Expertise in backend languages (Python)
• Strong understanding of database design and management (MongoDB + GCP BigQuery).
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and serverless architecture (lambda).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes-Advantage).
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently

Engineering Team Lead 2+ years of experience leading a backend development team, including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives.
7+ years of experience in backend development using a high-level programming language such as Python.
Experience in technical leadership, driving backend projects forward while mentoring engineers.
Extensive experience with on-premise Windows environments, including networking, Active Directory integration, deployment modules, and related technologies.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of software design principles, including concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, and algorithms.
Ability to see the big picture, break down complex problems, and implement efficient solutions.
Self-motivated, passionate, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in the field of cyber security - Advantage.
