תיאור תפקיד:
Priority Software is a leading provider of ERP and business management solutions, helping organizations run smarter and more agile operations.We are looking for a Priority Project Manager to join our Retail Department and lead Priority ERP implementations for retail customers. In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end — from discovery and specification to delivery and go-live — ensuring successful outcomes and strong client satisfaction.


What you’ll do

    Lead Priority ERP implementation projects for retail customers from start to finish.
    Meet with clients to deeply understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
    Translate client requirements into clear and detailed specification documents.
    Configure and implement Priority solutions based on these specifications.
    Manage small to mid-sized projects independently, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and best practices.
    Ensure effective time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization across projects.
    Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle — managing expectations, timelines, and changes.
    Travel to client sites as needed to support successful implementation and adoption.

דרישות:
    Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise in Priority ERP (implementation/configuration experience).
    Mandatory: Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including client-facing delivery.
    At least 5–7 years in project management and implementations (within 3–5 years total relevant experience).
    Deep knowledge of Priority Financial Module; knowledge of modules such as Sales, CRM/Marketing, Service, Inventory or Retail-related processes is a strong advantage.
    Excellent self-management skills: ability to prioritize, manage workload, and raise issues early when needed.
    Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
