Position: Logistics and Operations Coordinator Location: Emek Hefer area (near Hadera) Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (availability on weekends for team support when needed)

Role Overview The Logistics and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing local logistics processes and warehouse operations. This includes coordination with local service providers, transportation and storage contractors, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The role also involves communication with global company stakeholders and providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate local logistics activities: transportation, storage, and distribution.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and process compliance.
- Work closely with local suppliers and contractors for transportation and warehousing services.
- Collaborate with international company teams for shipment coordination and operational requirements.
- Provide high-level service to company customers.
דרישות:
- High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Team management experience.
- Technical background and understanding of industrial equipment.
- Residence within approx. 30 minutes of Emek Hefer/Hadera area.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Priority – strong advantage).
- Availability for weekend support when required.
- Experience in a global company – advantage.
