תיאור תפקיד:
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead a software product end-to-end - from business vision and customer needs to deep technical specifications and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product and technical specifications
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize backlog based on business value and technical complexity
- Write PRDs and detailed technical design documents (LLD)
- Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the delivery process
- Lead the rollout and adoption of new features across the organization
Full-time position | Central Israel
דרישות:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company – mandatory
- Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer – mandatory
- High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with AI-based systems and tools – mandatory
- Experience working with Scrum methodology – mandatory
- Strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and business-oriented mindset
